Returns
- Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags/labels intact.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange for the same product or another item of equal value.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
